My background spans over 15 years in telecommunications, starting with small, independent Iowa telephone companies and local ISPs. Working in small, community-minded companies taught me the value of reliable connectivity and true customer service. I eventually started my own business to fill a huge gap: providing honest, patient, and affordable tech help directly to people who need a trusted expert in their corner.

I am a lifelong Iowan and an avid non-fiction reader with a deep curiosity about libraries, history, technology, and economics.
